Appointment calendar management

This video guide illustrates all the features of the appointment calendar of the Softvision Agenda software.

The calendar section is clearly the most frequently used part of the application, as it is used both to create and edit new appointments and to check the booking status of the company.

Appointment representation

The graphics used by the software to represent appointments are illustrated. Each appointment is associated with a rectangle whose position, size and color indicate respectively the appointment date and time, its duration and the booked services.

Creating and editing a new appointment

The guide shows how to manually insert a new appointment into the calendar and how to use drag and drop to move an appointment or change its duration.

Working hours

The video explains why it is not possible to create appointments in the shaded areas that represent the times when the company is closed.

Views

All three calendar display modes (monthly, weekly and daily) are illustrated, highlighting their advantages and disadvantages.

Filters

The video concludes with an explanation of how to use display filters, which allow the system to search for all appointments of a customer, the resources used, and the appointments of a specific operator.
