A subscription in Softvision Agenda is a package of appointments that can be sold to the customer and used until the number of included appointments is exhausted.
Each subscription is defined by a name, an extended description, an offered service, a price, and the number of included appointments.
As an example, consider a subscription of 10 sessions for the "Tanning" service at a cost of 50 euros.
The customer purchases the subscription by paying in advance for the 10 appointments, which will subsequently be deducted by the operator after each session used.
Subscriptions can be created from the Company | Subscriptions menu. Subsequently, it will be possible to assign them to the customer from the "Subscriptions" tab of their personal profile.
Once the subscription is assigned, the number of services will be set to the one defined in the subscription. This number will then be automatically decremented by the system every time the customer uses the included services.

After logging in to the booking portal, the customer can check the status of their subscription, make new purchases, or renew an exhausted subscription.
